“As an AAPI leader in healthcare, I can reach Chinese patient populations that might have cultural and language barriers. Being in a leadership position, I do my best to exemplify hard work, interpersonal communication, and strengthen team dynamics on a daily basis.”
“Being considered an AAPI leader in healthcare is incredible. Growing up, I envisioned myself in a role where I would be making positive contributions to the communities around me and Curative has allowed me to achieve this goal at a scale unimaginable. One of the most satisfying parts of my career with Curative is to work toward creating access to healthcare, and specifically COVID-19 testing and vaccines, for the most vulnerable populations. This includes those that are undocumented, unhoused, non-English speaking, or who live outside of metropolitan areas or have little access to transportation.”
